Barrel

Barrel is a sweet, shy, approximately one-year-old mixed breed boy who is learning to trust humans. He came to us with his friends Lock and Shock from another rescue. Barrel, along with Lock, has made incredible progress with socialization and now gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Our dedicated Rescue Walkers have spent a lot of time with Barrel, and it has made a world of difference. He loves to play in the water, give kisses, and romp with toys. Barrel is also learning new things quickly, like how to sit, and he walks well on a leash. He's eager to find his forever home and become a lifelong friend.

Barrel thrives with the company of other dogs, which has been instrumental in his journey to build trust with humans.

Ongoing Health

Barrel's adoption fee of $185 includes his spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, heartworm test, microchip with registration, and a collar.

Training & Support

Barrel is still learning to trust humans and can be shy, but with patience and positive reinforcement, he is making great strides. His ability to learn commands like "sit" and his comfort with leash walking show his potential to adapt to a new home.
