Nougat

Nougat is an 11-year-old, 10-pound male Chihuahua mix who is as sweet as his name suggests. He's a master snuggler and loves to be close to his people, turning into a delightful, slightly nutty blob when he's cozied up on the couch. Nougat has soulful eyes that can melt any heart, and he enjoys meeting new people, readily soliciting pets and finding a lap to call his own. He's also a good boy on walks, behaving well on leash and friendly when meeting other dogs. Nougat is adaptable and would likely be happy in a variety of homes, from a cozy small space to a larger house, and with a family of any activity level. He was found as a stray and brought to Santa Clara County Animal Services, who then transferred him to a senior-specific rescue to help him find his perfect forever home.
