Shih Tzu - Alan

Meet Alan, a 14-year-old Shih Tzu with a heart full of love and a snore that's music to our ears! Alan came to us when his family could no longer keep him, through no fault of his own. He's a very sweet boy who gets along well with other dogs and adores a comfy bed. He dreams of finding a home where he can spend his golden years surrounded by love.

Ideal Home

Alan would thrive in a home that understands the needs of vision-impaired dogs, as his eyesight is declining. He needs a secure, fenced yard to keep him safe.

Ongoing Health

Alan has Chronic Pulmonary disease and mild CHF, for which he takes Sildenafil, Prednisolone, and Vetmedin daily. He also requires daily eye drops (Cyclosporine Ophth). He recently had a bladder stone removed and must eat a special urinary RX food.

Training & Support
