M.C. HAMMER

Meet M.C. Hammer, a sweet and gentle gentleman who arrived at our shelter in early June as a stray. He came to us in rough shape with several wounds, overgrown nails, and an old eye injury that left scarring. Our dedicated medical team has been working hard to help M.C. recover, but what he needs most now is a loving family to call his own. At an estimated five years old and weighing around 50 pounds, M.C. is past the puppy stage and has settled into his ways. He absolutely adores soft pets and will happily rest his head in your lap for some ear scratches. Our kennel attendants have noted that he's a pro on the leash, walking with ease to and from the play yard, making him an ideal companion for relaxed strolls. While M.C. enjoys human company, he prefers to be the sole focus of attention and does not get along with other dogs. We believe he would be happiest as the only pet in your home. If you're searching for a couch potato companion who will be the light of your life, M.C. is waiting to meet you! All animals adopted from us are microchipped, appropriately vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and given a 30-day flea and tick preventative.
