Meet Sandy and Martha!

These adorable doodle sisters are looking for a special forever home where they can continue their journey together. At around 4 years old, Sandy and Martha have found themselves back at the shelter through no fault of their own, and they're hoping their next home will be their last. After coming from a hoarding situation, these sweet girls are still learning that the world isn't such a scary place. They may be a little shy when you first meet them, but give them some time and patience, and you'll discover two of the sweetest, silliest, most lovable goofballs around! Watching their personalities blossom is truly something special. Sandy and Martha are deeply bonded and must be adopted together—they're each other's biggest source of comfort and confidence.

Ideal Home

Sandy and Martha would love a quiet, low-traffic home without children where they can continue building trust at their own pace. They may do well with another respectful dog, too!

Ongoing Health

Sandy and Martha are spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

These girls are still figuring out how to dog, and every day they make a little more progress. They are not house-trained.

Sandy and Martha are located at Portage Animal Protective League in Ravenna, OH. Transportation may be available to approved adopters.
