Speckles

Speckles is a very special boy who we're lucky to have in our care! He was spotted chasing cars, looking malnourished and terrified, and we knew we had to bring him to safety. Despite his rough start, Speckles is funny, easy-going, and very gentle with toys. He keeps an immaculate kennel, leading us to believe he was once housetrained. While his interactions have been limited, he's shown to be quite dog social and even shows respect for felines! At 50lbs and an estimated 3 years old, he's the perfect size and age for a lifetime of fun and adventure. Speckles loves human companionship and is great with children 8 and up, though he can get a bit rambunctious, so he might overpower younger kids. If you're looking for a medium-energy dog who's just the right size, give Speckles a chance!
