Cupcake - People-Loving Cuddlebug Needs Foster!

Meet Cupcake! This sweet girl comes with a sad story. She was found on the side of the road, protecting another dog who had been hit by a car. She was physically curled around him when the sheriff deputy arrived on scene. She also appeared to have recently had puppies. In other words, Cupcake lost everything! Her ears were also likely cut at home. She has been through a lot, but she is still looking for love with a new family. Cupcake is a total cuddle bug who craves affection and thrives on regular cozy couch naps. She loves playtime too! Her energy level is just right for a family looking for a dog who appreciates a mix of fun and relaxation.

Ideal Home

Cupcake is great with adults and older children; it would be best if she's not in a home with young children or toddlers. Although Cupcake gets along with other canine friends, she would do best in a home as the only dog. A dog-savvy person, who loves her, is all she asks for, even after all she has been through she just wants to love and to be cuddled.

Ongoing Health

All basic dog vaccinations, rabies, Bordetella, flea & tick treatment, spay/neuter, and microchip & registration are included.

Training & Support

Cupcake is house-trained. She is looking for a foster or adopter who is ready to be her person and to see her through some additional training to help her be the best dog she can be.
