While she's a mature girl, she still possesses a playful spirit and a desire to engage with people. She's a Kentucky transplant now making herself at home here, patiently waiting for her forever family to discover the sparkle in her eyes. Stella has the energy for long walks and the enthusiasm to keep you company.
