Meet Taryn! This young lady has had a rough start to life, but she's ready for a second chance. She's learning to be less skittish and more mannerly, and while she can be mouthy, she's also incredibly loving, independent, and snuggly. Taryn craves love, shelter, and food, and with a patient heart, she'll blossom into the best companion.

Ideal Home

Taryn needs an owner who can be her "alpha" and provide firm, consistent guidance. She does not do well with cats, dogs smaller than her, weak dogs, or sick dogs. She thrives with strong, confident playmates who can stand up to her challenges.

Ongoing Health

Taryn is blind in one eye and has a broken tooth. The vet has determined that as long as she is eating comfortably, this is not causing her any issues.

Training & Support

Taryn is still learning and needs someone patient to help her with her manners, particularly her mouthiness. With the right guidance and alpha playmates, she will learn to navigate her interactions.
