Missy May is a 9-year-old, 20-pound Rat Terrier mix who is ready to step into the role of your full-time best friend! She's an expert in snuggling, cuddling, and giving enthusiastic tail wags. Missy May comes with years of experience in companionship and is eager to bring her unwavering loyalty and playful spirit to a forever home. She's a proud graduate of the Pups for Parole program, meaning she's completed rigorous basic training and aced it, ready to be your star pupil! Missy May is a happy, snazzy co-woofer who consistently earns "Pup-ployee of the Month" honors.
Ideal Home
Missy May would thrive in a home with a fenced yard. If the home is in a more secluded area without other dogs, a fenced yard may not be necessary. She is not suited for apartment living. Missy May gets along with teenage children (ages 10 and up) but needs to be the only pet in the home, as she prefers to have all the attention. She does not enjoy having other dogs visit and is not a fan of visitors, especially service people who come to the home for repairs.
Ongoing Health
Missy May's adoption fee is sponsored and includes her spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip.
Training & Support
Missy May is potty trained, crate trained, and leash trained. She is also proficient in basic commands. She is ready to be your star pupil!
