Meet Mayo! This sweet, curious, and playful 9-month-old pup is always ready for her next adventure! She loves everyone she meets and is happiest when she's playing, exploring, or soaking up affection from her favorite people. Mayo is believed to be full grown at around 40 pounds. She was found wandering a Dallas neighborhood with no one to claim her, and now she's ready to leave her past behind and find the loving forever family she deserves.

Ideal Home

Mayo would thrive in an active home where she can burn off her puppy energy before curling up for a well-earned cuddle. She'd do best with children ages 7 and up, as she's still learning her manners as an energetic pup.

Training & Support

This smart girl is house trained, crate trained, leash trained, and is quickly mastering her basic commands. She is dog, cat, and kid-friendly. She's very food motivated, making continued training a breeze. She loves zooming around the yard, chewing on sticks and bones, and playing tug with her toys—but she's not destructive.

Transportation

Mayo is currently being fostered in Texas but is available for transport. All of our dogs are located in a foster home in Texas, Colorado, or Pennsylvania. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport.
