Peanut

Peanut is a 6-year-old, 23-pound bundle of love! He's a calm, medium-energy dog who is absolutely a champion snuggler. When he's not busy being a lap-warming expert, Peanut enjoys snoozing with his favorite teddy bear or engaging in playtime with his canine companions. He walks beautifully on a leash, even exhibiting a trained tendency to walk politely to your right side. Peanut is sweet, outgoing, and loves meeting new people. He’s also crate trained, mostly house-trained (just the occasional oopsie!), and a great traveler who happily naps in the car. Peanut does have a penchant for chewing, so his new family should provide him with plenty of appropriate chew toys.

Ideal Home

Peanut would be happiest in a home with a securely fenced-in yard and at least one other dog to be his friend and playmate. We are unsure how he would do with cats or children.

Peanut is a healthy boy, with no specific health conditions noted.

Training & Support

Peanut is crate trained and mostly house-trained. He needs owners who can provide him with plenty of safe and appropriate items to satisfy his chewing instincts.
