Honey

Meet Honey! This sweet 1 and 1/2 year old girl is a delightful mix of Labrador and Rhodesian Ridgeback, weighing in at a healthy 45 pounds. Honey was found as a stray in Tennessee, and after a difficult start where she was pregnant but tragically lost her puppies, she's now ready for a fresh start and her forever family! Her foster parents affectionately named her Honey because of her sweet disposition and beautiful golden coat. She absolutely adores belly rubs, enjoys being brushed, and loves to snuggle up close with her people. Honey has a fun personality – sometimes she's a bit goofy, and other times she carries herself like a true princess, prancing with every step! She's also a fan of car rides.

Ideal Home

Honey is a wonderful family companion and does great with small dogs, goats, and pigs. While she's good with children, we recommend ages 8 and up due to her exuberant nature; she might accidentally knock over very young children when she gets excited.

Ongoing Health

All of our dogs come up-to-date on vaccinations and are spayed or neutered prior to adoption.

Training & Support

Honey is house-trained and crate-trained, and she already knows some basic commands! As with all of our dogs, professional training is recommended to help her blossom into the best family member she can be.
