Henry

Meet Henry! He's a 6-year-old, 38lb neutered male Catahoula mix with a heart full of love and a gentle spirit. Henry is past his boisterous puppy days and is now looking for a cozy spot to call his own, plenty of toys to love, and a human to shower with affection. He's known for his sweet demeanor, adorable bow-legged charm, and puppy-dog eyes that are sure to melt your heart.

Ideal Home

Henry would love a canine sibling to share his life with, as he enjoys the company of other dogs and greets them with a smile. He's been great with dogs of all sizes and is generally submissive. He also did wonderfully with a 9-year-old human and would likely do well with older children due to his gentle nature.

Ongoing Health

Henry is a healthy boy! He does get a little scared during thunderstorms and would appreciate a safe and loving space during those times.

Training & Support

This smart cookie is already crate and potty trained and walks beautifully on a leash. He hasn't shown any destructive behavior, except for his beloved toys, of course!

Transportation

Henry is currently in a foster home in Houston, TX. He can be transported out of state once an approved adopter is found. Transports run every few weeks, and he will be placed on the next available transport after approval. If you have specific timing needs, please apply closer to that time.
