Ideal Home

Summer would thrive in a home with a fenced backyard where she can zoom around, play, and sunbathe. She's also adaptable and could do well in an apartment or condo. She loves to be around people, so a home where she can be part of family gatherings and social events would be ideal. She is also very dog-friendly and would love a canine pal to play and explore with. Summer is also good with cats and children, making her a wonderful addition to most any family.

Ongoing Health

Summer has received all her necessary vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, multiple deworming treatments, and is spayed. She is microchipped and has received flea and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Summer is a smart girl who loves treats and is eager to please! She already knows how to sit on command, walks well on a leash, and is crate and potty trained. She is ready to join you on hikes, park visits, or even beach trips.

Transportation

Summer is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide via the rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada. A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
