Oakley

Meet Oakley, a sweet and affectionate Terrier/Pit Bull mix weighing 68 pounds. Born December 16, 2021, he loves following his person, cuddling, and offering the sweetest greetings and tail wags.

Oakley was found as a stray after suffering severe neglect, including emaciation and a nearly severed ear. He has recovered and is ready for a loving forever home.

Ideal Home

Oakley tolerates other dogs but would likely prefer to be the only dog. He chases cats and squirrels, so a cat-free home is best. He enjoys being close to his person and would make a devoted companion.

• Walks 3–4 times daily and walks well on leash

Transportation

Ground transport is coordinated weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states, traveling from Texas to the adopter’s state or a neighboring state. Transport uses third-party dog-transport vehicles with tracking updates.
