Meet Wilson! Wilson is an approximately 6-month-old Sheepdog/Shepherd mix who has overcome a truly heartbreaking past. He spent two months of his young life tied to a tree, enduring all kinds of weather. Despite this hardship, Wilson has blossomed into an incredibly sweet, loving, and playful companion. He absolutely adores human attention, loves to play, and gets along wonderfully with children and other dogs. While he may be a little shy at first, once he feels secure, his extremely friendly, affectionate, and loyal nature shines through. Wilson is still very much a puppy with a heart full of energy. He'd be happiest with an active family who enjoys walks, hikes, outdoor adventures, and simply spending quality time together. A home with a big yard, or even some acreage, would be a dream come true for him, giving him the space to finally run freely and live the life he deserves. Older children who would enjoy playing with him would also be a great match. After his difficult start, Wilson is eagerly awaiting a forever home where he can continue to grow, feel safe, and truly become a cherished part of a family. He currently weighs 33 lbs.
Ideal Home
Wilson would thrive with an active family who enjoys outdoor adventures and spending time together. He would especially love a home with a big yard or acreage where he can run freely. Older children would be a wonderful match for him.

Wilson has no known ongoing health conditions. He is neutered and vaccinated.
Training & Support
Wilson is still learning and would benefit from continued training and support as he settles into his new home. He is not yet house-trained.
