Meet Lucy! This sweet girl was found wandering the streets of Houston, TX, with her two sisters. Thankfully, a kind person rescued them from a dangerous situation, and now they are with us, ready to find loving forever homes. Lucy's foster mom has nothing but wonderful things to say about her! She's dog-friendly, kennel-trained, and is slowly working on meeting the foster kitties. Most importantly, Lucy is learning what it feels like to be loved and cherished. While she might take a few minutes to warm up, once she does, she's ready to be your best friend!
One of Lucy's most unique features is her stunning crystal blue eyes, each with a cute black speckle. This is a congenital trait that doesn't affect her vision and just adds to her charm! You'll notice her eyes look slightly different in various photos, sometimes appearing more blue, sometimes more black – she's super cool! Lucy is also doing a fantastic job walking on a leash and absolutely adores children. She's eager to find a family to call her own, one that will never leave her behind again.
Ideal Home
Lucy would thrive in a home that can provide her with love and security. She is great with kids and other dogs. She is still working on meeting foster kitties, so a home with a patient approach to introductions would be ideal.
