Meet Miles, a precious scruffy pup who's estimated to be around 4 months old and weighs about 8 pounds. We think he might be a Cairn Terrier mix, but like many rescue dogs, his exact lineage is a mystery. What's not a mystery is that Miles is an absolute sweetheart, ready to explore the world with a loving family! He's learning and growing every day, enjoying playtime, naps, and building strong bonds.

Ideal Home

Miles would thrive in a home that can provide him with ample love, patience, and consistency. As a young puppy, he needs adopters who are prepared for the joys and responsibilities of raising a dog, including ongoing training and engagement throughout his adult life.

Ongoing Health

Miles is generally healthy and has received age-appropriate vetting, including vaccinations and deworming.

Training & Support

Miles will benefit greatly from continued crate training and structure to help him feel secure. Adopters should be ready to continue his potty training, leash walking, and basic manners. Like all puppies, he will grow into an intelligent and potentially active dog who needs regular mental and physical stimulation.

Miles is located in the Houston area. Transport is available nationwide through our rescue's USDA-certified system, with drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
