Otto is a beautiful boy! This wonderful two to three-year-old, medium-sized Border Collie Aussie blend is about 35 lbs and is very friendly with people and other dogs. He is currently in Amarillo, Texas, and is really hoping for a second chance in a loving home. He wants to join us here in the Northwest, and we can bring him up to our shelter in about a week if an adopter or foster home steps forward.
