At just 1-2 years old and 10 pounds, Casey is an irresistibly adorable Shih Tzu mix with the sweetest little underbite that will make you smile every day. Casey can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once he knows he's safe, his loving personality shines through. He becomes incredibly affectionate and enjoys being close to his people. At bedtime, he'd much rather snuggle up with his family than sleep alone in a crate. This curious little explorer loves discovering new things and is a quick learner—especially when treats are involved! Casey is very food motivated, making training fun and rewarding. He walks beautifully on a leash, is housebroken for pee breaks, and does wonderfully during bath time. In fact, one of his favorite traditions is celebrating with joyful zoomies after every bath! Casey loves playing with toys, gets along great with other dogs, and is friendly with everyone he meets. He's neutered and healthy and ready to start his next chapter with a family of his own. He can be a bit hesitant about going outside, especially if it's rainy or the ground is wet, but with a little encouragement and reassurance, his confidence continues to grow.
