Carter is a special, goofy, cuddly 5-year-old French Bulldog weighing 16 pounds. He is affectionate, playful, and friendly with people and kids, and would make a wonderful work-from-home companion.

Ideal Home

Carter requires a fun household with a fenced backyard and people who enjoy going outside, playing, and spending time together. Although he loves his furry foster siblings, he does not do well meeting unfamiliar dogs, so his best fit is likely a home where he can be the only dog. He cannot live with cats.

Ongoing Health

Carter is described as healthy.
