Blossom

Blossom is an estimated 2-year-old, 30 lb (and could afford to lose a few pounds) spayed female mixed breed. She was rescued from a property with over forty dogs and was at risk due to overcrowding. Blossom is a staff favorite with a bubbly personality and excellent dog social skills. She loves to play with our resident dog and is learning to be a dog herself! She is not reactive to chickens but has not been assessed with cats, so slow introductions would be necessary. Blossom is clean in her kennel and goes potty in a designated area, and we believe she will be a quick learner due to her eager-to-please temperament. She is affectionate, responds well to training, and has medium energy with bursts of play followed by restful periods. She does well in her crate, though she may whine briefly before settling.

Ideal Home

An adopter who is patient and consistent with training, comfortable with dog-dog play, and can provide a calm routine and gentle boundaries.

Blossom has no known health conditions.

Training & Support

We anticipate Blossom will need leash and house training. She is eager to learn and responds well to training.

Transportation

Blossom is currently in foster care in Hawaii and will be transferred to the greater Seattle area on 6/10/2026.
