Sweetie

Meet Sweetie! She's a 2-year-old, 46-pound Vizsla mix with a heart of gold and an affectionate personality. Sweetie is a true lovebug, always ready to shower her favorite humans with attention. She's already spayed, vaccinated, and up-to-date on all her preventatives.

Ideal Home

Sweetie thrives in the company of other dogs, especially those her size or older, and is a respectful playmate who shows no food or toy aggression. She would do best in a home without small dogs. Her foster family is currently unsure how she would do with cats.

Ongoing Health

Sweetie is heartworm negative and current on monthly preventatives. She experiences some separation anxiety, which is beautifully managed with daily medication.

Training & Support

Sweetie is fully house-trained and has made excellent progress with her crate training, happily going into her kennel. Due to her sensitive nature, she may have an occasional accident if startled, but reassurance will help her feel safe. With medication, her separation anxiety is well-managed, and she handles alone time like a champ.
