Tucker

Meet Tucker! This handsome 9-month-old German Shepherd mix weighs in at about 70 pounds and is a delightful bundle of goofy energy and affection. Tucker's absolute favorite thing is spending time with his people. He's happiest whether he's playing in the yard, happily gnawing on his favorite toy, or snuggled up close after a long day.

Tucker is also a fantastic companion for other animals. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and enjoys play wrestling. He's incredibly good with indoor cats, happily coexisting with them. However, he does have a tendency to chase outdoor cats, so potential adopters should be aware of this. Tucker truly embodies the motto: play hard, cuddle hard! He's super affectionate, loves to cuddle, and is already potty trained and crate trained. He may express his opinion for a few minutes when first put in his crate, but he does settle down. Tucker is still mastering his leash manners, and continued training will help him grow into the amazing adult dog he's destined to be. At just 9 months old, he's at a prime age to learn and bond, eager to please and ready to become someone's lifelong best friend.

Ideal Home

A home where Tucker can be with his family and enjoy both playtime and snuggles. He would do well in a home with other dogs and indoor cats.

Training & Support

Tucker is potty trained and crate trained (he may vocalize for a few minutes initially). He is still working on his leash manners and would benefit from continued training.
