Becca Boo is a German Shepherd mix, approximately 3.5 years old and weighing 63lbs. She's the embodiment of happiness, with a big heart, a bright smile, and ears that are simply adorable! Becca is incredibly smart, loyal, and a perfect blend of fun and snuggles. She's wonderful with other dogs, able to match their energy, whether it's playtime or relaxation. She's also a great sharer of toys and attention and is unfazed by more assertive canine personalities. Becca is fully potty and crate trained, knows basic commands like "sit," "down," and "paw," and is a joy to walk on a leash, making her a fantastic adventure buddy. While she loves an active lifestyle, including hiking and running, she also enjoys quiet time and is content to relax with a toy. Her dream home would have a big backyard for her to explore and a sunny spot to bask in.

Ideal Home

A home with a moderately playful dog that enjoys both active time and relaxation, or as a happy solo dog. Becca would do best in a home without cats. A family that enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and is looking for a running partner would be ideal. A big backyard is a plus!

Training & Support

Becca is a quick learner and already knows basic commands. She can pull occasionally on leash out of excitement but is easy to correct. She aims to please and would excel with continued training.

Transportation

Becca is located in Texas and can be transported across the US, including WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, and Canada. Canadian adopters will need to pick up in Bellingham, WA, or Brattleboro, VT. Transport is handled by the rescue on USDA licensed vehicles with 24/7 care. There is an additional $87 surcharge for transport. Local adoptions within Texas must be picked up from Friendswood, TX.
