About Ozzie

Ozzie is an 8-year-old, very sweet senior dog looking for a quiet place to sleep. He absolutely loves going on car rides and is a great little traveler! Ozzie is a bit scared of harnesses and going on walks, not because he dislikes them, but because he hasn't quite mastered the thrill of them yet. He gets most excited around mealtime and treat time. Ozzie is good with kids and other dogs.

Ozzie would thrive in a calm environment where he can relax and enjoy his golden years.

Ongoing Health

Ozzie is up to date on shots, microchipped, and neutered. He recently had a dental procedure, and now has no teeth. He is on twice-daily eye medication for dry eye, which he tolerates well.

Training & Support

Ozzie is mostly house-trained. He is a bit hesitant with harnesses and walks, so gentle encouragement and positive reinforcement will help him build confidence in this area.
