About Ms. Wiggles

Ms. Wiggles is a 13-week-old Great Pyrenees/Cattle Dog mix who we expect to grow into a large-breed dog. She has a charming wobble and an adorable sway in her hips, a result of Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH), a non-progressive neurological condition that affects balance and coordination. This condition is not painful and doesn't worsen over time. Despite her clumsiness, Ms. Wiggles is a playful, curious, and cuddly puppy who lives life to the fullest. She enjoys romping with other dogs, is gentle with cats, and is great with children of all ages. She also loves car rides and toys, and is always ready for a snuggle after a day of adventures. She is crate trained and sleeps soundly through the night, and is almost fully house-trained. She's still working on leash manners and general puppy etiquette. She's a bit of a food enthusiast and will need supervised meal times, but she happily shares her toys and treats.

Ideal Home

Ms. Wiggles would thrive in a home with another friendly dog to be her playmate. A family committed to continuing her basic training and who will lovingly embrace her unique wobble would be perfect for her. She has a moderate energy level, a big personality, and an abundance of love to give. Because she is a puppy, someone should be home more than they are away, as extended crating is not suitable for her developmental needs.

Ongoing Health

Ms. Wiggles has Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH), a neurological condition that affects balance and coordination. This condition is not painful, is non-progressive, and will not worsen as she ages.

Training & Support

Ms. Wiggles is crate trained and nearly house-trained. She is learning leash manners and puppy manners. She needs ongoing training to build on her current progress. Meal times should be supervised to prevent her from eating other dogs' food.
