SOL

Sol is a handsome and oh-so-sweet 3-year-old Lab/Brittany mix who weighed over 50 lbs at intake. He and his brother, Chewy, were surrendered to us because their previous family lost interest. Sol is described as outgoing, friendly, and affectionate. While he and Chewy aren't required to be adopted together, they are quite fond of each other, so perhaps consider the pair if you have the time and space! Sol was said to be nervous but gentle around babies and children and curious about strangers. Outside of his brother, he has not had experience with other dogs or animals, so please use caution if planning to introduce him into a home with other pets.

Ideal Home

Sol is still young and rambunctious, and he has been known to play roughly. He has also been known to dig, chew, and scratch, and can be vocal.

Ongoing Health

Sol is neutered.

Training & Support

Sol knows some basic commands, including sit, come, lay down, outside, kennel, and enough. Providing him with plenty of enrichment and appropriate chew toys can help mitigate or redirect his natural puppy behaviors.
