Summer (Oberlin, Kansas)

Summer is a 9-year-old female German Wirehaired Pointer who has had a bit of a rough time. Her original elderly owners sadly passed away, and after a stint in a shelter, she found a new home with an elderly gentleman. Unfortunately, he is now unable to care for himself and will be moving to Texas. Summer's potential new placement fell through, and now she's looking for her stable, loving, forever home. She is believed to have been a service dog and is described as loving, intelligent, and well-behaved.

Summer would do best as the only pet in the home.

Summer is in excellent health. She is spayed, up to date on shots, heartworm negative, and fully vetted.
