This sweet senior girl came to us in heartbreaking condition. Glitter arrived severely emaciated, covered in ticks, struggling with painful skin disease, dental issues, and mammary masses. Her body condition score is 1 out of 9, meaning she had almost no reserves left. But even after everything she's been through, Glitter is exactly what her name suggests-a gentle, sweet old lady who just wants comfort, food, and kindness.

Right now, Glitter urgently needs a home where she can safely begin to recover. Because she was so underweight, she's on a carefully structured refeeding plan to help her body adjust to nutrition again. This is especially important during the first few days of recovery, when a quiet home environment can make a huge difference. She's currently very hungry (understandably!), so she'll do best with someone who can help keep food safely managed while she learns that meals will always come.
