Mila is a beautiful hound/Lab mix with a sleek black coat, a charming white chest blaze, and adorable white booties. She's an adult female, estimated to be born in 2022, and weighs around 50lbs. Mila arrived at our shelter on February 5, 2023, after she and her companion, Amara, were found on a bridge, scared and near traffic. It's likely they were abandoned. We believe Mila and Amara are better suited to be rehomed separately.
Mila is a true diamond in the rough, and we are so excited to see her shine! When she first arrived, she was a shy teenager who had clearly not had an easy start to life. Now that she's received all her routine medical care, including vaccines, parasite treatment, and spaying, her true sparkle is emerging. Mila is incredibly eager to learn and has already mastered commands like "sit" and "down." She's a high-energy girl with a quick mind, and she's ready for her next adventure.

Training & Support
Mila is a quick learner and eager to please. She has excellent manners, including politely sitting to greet people and waiting for attention. She is no longer jumping on people. She has shown a desire to please her people, making her an A+ student!
