About GINGER

Ginger is a sweet female Pit Bull Terrier mix, an adult dog who was originally surrendered to us in 2020. She was recently returned to our care after experiencing some stress in a high-energy shelter setting. Ginger has been working through her stress and overstimulation, especially around other dogs and when it comes to high-value resources. While the shelter environment has been a challenge, Ginger has shown that with patience, structure, and a lot of love, she is capable of settling down and revealing her much softer side.

Outside of her kennel, Ginger is a calm and manageable girl who enjoys her walks. She is very handler-friendly and allows for gentle handling, even around her head and feet. Ginger truly shines once she's removed from the hustle and bustle of the shelter.
