Hi there! I'm Leo, a charming 1-year-old Dachshund/Hound mix who tips the scales at around 20 pounds. I was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Texas, but now I'm making up for lost time and soaking up all the love and attention I can get! I'm a happy little guy with a big personality and an even bigger heart, and I'm currently being fostered in Adrian, Michigan.

My foster family says it's clear I've lived in a home before because I'm already housebroken and settled right into our routine. I absolutely adore people and will happily greet you at the door with a wagging tail, ready for some serious pets and cuddles. My biggest obsession? Stuffed toys! You'll almost always find me carrying one around because, let's be honest, every good boy needs a favorite stuffy by his side. I get along great with other dogs and have been wonderful with everyone I've met, including kids. My foster says I'm just a very good little boy!

Leo would love a home where he can continue to shower his humans with affection and play with his favorite stuffed toys.

I am neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all my vaccines and preventatives.

Training & Support

I'm already housebroken and have settled into a routine quickly! I'm also great with other dogs and children.
