TEDDY - Soft as a Teddy Bear

Meet Teddy, a handsome, young, and resilient Hound Mix who's as soft as his namesake and ready to fill your home with love! Teddy is a 45-pound bundle of joy who was rescued from a difficult situation where he was left tied outside in freezing weather. Thankfully, a kind neighbor intervened, and Teddy has been thriving in his foster home surrounded by other dogs. He's a sweet, friendly, playful, gentle, and smart companion who adores other dogs and people, and he's great with kids, especially enjoying the company of female dogs. Teddy is fully house-trained and loves being part of the family, whether it's cuddling on the bed or playing in the yard. He's also incredibly smart and playful, showing potential for amazing tricks!

Ideal Home

Teddy needs a loving forever home where he can receive plenty of attention and care. A fenced yard is required for him to safely play and exercise. He would also benefit from being in a home with other dogs or children to keep him company.

Ongoing Health

Teddy is heartworm negative and is on preventative medication. He is fully vaccinated and has been treated for worms and fleas. His eyes may appear to have tear stains, but this is simply his natural coloration.

Training & Support

Teddy is fully house-trained and a joy to have around. His intelligence and playful nature mean he could easily learn new tricks with consistent positive reinforcement.
