Meet Malissa! This tiny 12-pound girl has come such a long way since arriving in foster care. When she first came home, she was very scared, but even then, all she wanted was hugs. Now she's blossomed into a much more confident little lady who happily zooms around the house like she owns the place! Malissa has a feisty, independent personality and isn't afraid to let you know when she wants a little space, but she's also incredibly sweet and affectionate. She gets along well with the other pets in her foster home and enjoys playing with them—on her own terms, of course! One of her funniest quirks is barking at animals on TV. If she spots one, she'll leap off the couch and run right up to the screen to investigate!
