Onyx Baby is an absolute sweetheart who is sure to steal your heart with his adorable puppy-dog face, soul-stirring eyes, and perfect floppy ears! This approximately 7-month-old pittie mix weighs 33 lbs and is a rescue dog, so his exact breed and age are a mystery.
Ideal Home
Onyx Baby would thrive in a home with another dog, as he loves to follow his canine companions around like a little brother. He's also shown to be respectful of cats. A backyard for romping and playing would be wonderful, but he's equally happy being a couch potato for movie marathon snuggles. We haven't tested him with children yet, but based on his sweet nature, we believe he'd make a great family dog. We are happy to conduct any tests needed to ensure a perfect match.
Ongoing Health
Onyx Baby is up-to-date on all vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention. He has also been spayed and microchipped.
Training & Support
This smart boy already knows basic commands like "sit" and is very gentle when taking treats. He's eager to please, making him a joy to train. He is crate trained and mostly potty trained, though he may have occasional accidents if left alone for long periods.

Transporation
Onyx Baby is currently located in Texas and can be transported nationwide using our rescue-run USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). An $87 surcharge applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
