Groot is the Head of the Welcome Committee and Self-Appointed Assistant Manager of your household! He's a 45-pound, long-legged goofball who approaches life with a unique sense of purpose. Groot believes it's his job to supervise breakfast, escort you to the mail, and conduct property inspections of the yard. He's an equal-parts backyard explorer, quality control specialist, and morale officer. His enormous ears are always on alert, and he has a knack for making you feel like everything is handled. Groot absolutely loves other dogs and truly blossoms with canine companionship. We'd love to see him in a home with another playful dog who can be his partner in exploration and his snuggle buddy. He's a sweet, funny, and genuinely good dog who will quietly become the reason you smile when you get home and the best friend you never knew you needed.
Ideal Home
Groot would thrive in a home with another playful dog to keep him company. We recommend homes with children 10 years and older to ensure the best fit for both the pet and family.
