Teddy

Teddy is a charming approximately three-year-old Chihuahua mix who weighs about 6.5 lbs. He came to us from a home where he didn't always receive the best of care, but he's slowly learning to trust and open up. When you first meet Teddy, he might be a little "grouchy" because he's shy, but with a little patience, he warms up quickly to staff and becomes quite the sweetheart. He lived with other dogs in his previous home and may do well with another canine friend, provided they have a proper introduction. He was even bonded with another dog before, and while it's not a requirement, keeping them together is potentially an option. Once Teddy learns to trust you and feels secure, his true, loving personality shines through.
