Captain is an adorable, healthy younger senior beagle/shepherd mix, around 9 or 10 years old, looking for a loving foster or forever home. He enjoys the company of other dogs and has a special bond with cats, as his past best friend was a feline. Captain is a calm and easygoing companion who is content being left alone and is fully housebroken. He's a good boy who doesn't get on furniture or chew inappropriate items. Captain loves car rides, playing fetch (and being chased back!), belly rubs, and getting brushed. He's also great with kids and babies.

Ideal Home

Captain would prefer to be the sole focus of your attention, but might enjoy a feline friend. He's not a fan of thunderstorms, baths, hair dryers, or vacuum cleaners. Please no chickens, as he's a bit too curious about them.
