Hi there! I’m Phoebe, a petite 15-pound lady who proves that the best things come in small, gentle packages. At ten years young, I’ve mastered the art of being a sophisticated companion. I’m a quiet soul looking for a peaceful corner of the world where I can truly blossom and show you what a sweetheart I am. I really enjoy the company of other dogs! Having a furry brother or sister around makes me feel safe and secure, and I’d love a home where I can hang out with some canine friends. I’m a bit shy when it comes to meeting new humans, so I’m looking for a quiet home that moves at a slower pace. I promise that if you give me the time to build my trust, I have so much loyalty to offer in return. I’m looking for a patient owner who understands that good things take time. I might take a little while to warm up, but once I feel comfortable, I’ll be your most devoted little shadow. Phoebe, Rachel, Monica and Rosalyn are sisters. All four of them have been working hard to overcome their fear of people, and need someone they can rely on to continue their training.

Phoebe is a bit shy and may take a while to warm up to new people. She needs a patient owner who can help her build trust and continue her training to overcome her fear of people.
