Meet Lacey! She's a charming and petite adventurer, weighing in at around 31 pounds. At about a year and a half old, Lacey is a delightful mix that results in a well-rounded and incredibly social companion. She's the perfect size for both exciting outdoor excursions and cozy evenings curled up on the couch.

Ideal Home

Lacey is adaptable and could thrive in many different homes. She enjoys playful dog siblings but could also be happy as an only dog. She's suitable for apartment living with an active family or would love a home with a backyard. While she shows great promise with cats, slow introductions are always recommended. She hasn't met children yet, but her gentle and adaptable nature suggests she'd be a wonderful family pet.

Ongoing Health

Lacey is up-to-date on all vetting, including DAPP vaccinations, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines. She has received multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. She has also been tested for heartworm. She's microchipped with free lifetime registration.

Training & Support

Lacey is crate trained and treat motivated. She walks beautifully on leash and responds well to guidance. Her excellent social skills and emotional regulation make her an easy dog to live with.

Transporation

Lacey is located in Texas. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our USDA-certified transport system, with drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick-up is available in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. A transportation surcharge of $87 applies. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
