Diesel is an approximately 2-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier/Bullmastiff mix, weighing about 60 pounds of pure muscle and athleticism. He is an adventurous pup that loves to go on walks and explore the world. This handsome pup is incredibly loving and thrives on human companionship. He absolutely adores affection and being pet, and likes lounging beside his humans while soaking up the sunshine. Diesel is the kind of dog that wants to be part of your everyday life, whether that means going for walks, riding along on car trips, relaxing in the yard, or simply laying at your feet after a long day. Diesel is smart, curious, and enjoys activities that challenge his mind. He especially loves enrichment toys, puzzle feeders, and games that make him work for his snacks. He is house trained and crate trained, and he does best with structure, consistency, and an active lifestyle that keeps both his body and mind engaged.
Ideal Home
Diesel needs an adopter who can provide regular exercise and continued guidance. He can jump surprisingly high and has an impressive amount of strength packed into his frame. When he has gone too long without exercise or mental stimulation, or when surrounded by chaotic energy such as intense barking or conflict between dogs, Diesel can become overstimulated and overly excited.
