Meet Angus: Your Future Gentle (and Slightly Chaotic) Giant!
Angus is a 6-month-old, 60+ lb Bullmastiff Mix with a heart as big as his paws. He was found wandering near a local creek and, after being safely rescued and vetted, is now looking for his forever family. Angus is the ultimate puppy, a goofy toddler in a giant body, ready to bring love and a touch of chaos into your life. He's eager to play with other dogs but is still learning to control his considerable enthusiasm. Due to his size and bouncy nature, he'd do best in an active home with older children and would not be a good fit for feline friends. Angus is doggie-door trained and enjoys car rides, though he'll need a secure restraint to keep him focused on the journey.
Ideal Home
An active family with a well-fenced yard, plenty of time for play and training, and an understanding that Angus will do best with older children. He is too energetic for cats.
Ongoing Health
Angus is healthy and ready to go! He has been neutered, is up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccines, is heartworm negative, microchipped, and current on flea, tick, heartworm, and parasite preventatives.
Training & Support
Angus is learning to walk on a leash and can sometimes view it as a chew toy, so expect some playful antics during walks. He may need a little patience to be fully house-trained in a new environment. He also needs a secure restraint when traveling in a vehicle.
