Rainie is a 1-year-old Pittie mix, weighing approximately 33 pounds, and she's a pocket-sized powerhouse of joy and fun! This playful pup absolutely adores children, cats, and other dogs, making her a fantastic addition to a variety of households. Rainie's unique charm includes a distinguished beauty mark on her head, and she's known for her impressive dance moves and love for water – she'll happily splash around in a kiddie pool for hours! Her fosters describe her as goofy, lighthearted, and always eager for affection, belly rubs, and a good chew toy. She thrives on being with her people, whether that's playing in the yard, cuddling on the couch, or exploring new adventures. Rainie is an excellent "assessment dog" at the rescue, helping new dogs feel comfortable and showing them how to play nicely.
Ideal Home
Rainie would do best in a home with a medium-energy dog who understands when it's time to relax. While she can adapt to apartment living with proper structure and exercise, a house with a yard would be ideal for her bursts of energy. She is also kid-friendly and would thrive in a home with children who can appreciate her playful, happy nature.
Ongoing Health
Rainie has received all age-appropriate vetting, including DAPP vaccinations with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, and flea and heartworm prevention. She has also been spayed and microchipped.
Training & Support
Rainie has typical puppy energy and a desire to explore everything. She is eager to bond and affectionate, and her positive reinforcement training at the rescue helps her prepare for her forever home.

Transporation
Rainie is located in Texas and can be transported to WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, and Canada (Canadian adopters will need to pick up in Bellingham, WA or Brattleboro, VT). Transport is provided on USDA licensed vehicles with 24/7 care. An additional $87 surcharge will apply for transport due to rising fuel costs.
