Meet Dutch! He's a happy, playful pup with a big personality and an even bigger heart. If there's fun to be had, Dutch is ready for it! He loves romping around with other dogs and will happily try to convince cats to join in the fun, even if they aren't quite as enthusiastic as he is. Dutch has plenty of energy and confidence when playing. Despite being much smaller than some of his canine friends, he holds his own with larger dogs and loves an active play session. He can be a little persistent when playtime is over and doesn't always catch subtle signals that another dog is finished, but he responds appropriately when corrected.
Ideal Home
Dutch would thrive in a home with another playful dog who enjoys having a buddy around. A dog that prefers peace and quiet may find Dutch's enthusiasm a bit much! Because of his playful energy, he may do best with dog-savvy cats who are comfortable around active puppies. Dutch has been wonderful with children and would likely do well with children of all ages. He has a moderate-to-high energy level and would love a home with a yard where he can safely run and play.

Dutch hasn't had much leash experience yet, but he is eager to learn and highly trainable. House training is still a work in progress, and Dutch can be a bit stubborn at times, so consistency and patience will help him continue making progress.
