Artie is a 3-year-old, spayed female Terrier mix weighing 32 pounds, who is bursting with personality and ready for her next adventure! This energetic and intelligent girl absolutely adores people and greets everyone with boundless enthusiasm and a wagging tail. Artie loves to play fetch, zoom around with her toys, and is always up for a good romp in the yard. She's a cuddler too, happy to snuggle up after a play session. Artie is house-trained and crate-trained, settling in nicely when left alone, though she's a curious girl who enjoys exploring, so continued crate use when unsupervised is recommended. She's also a great car rider and navigates stairs like a pro.

Training & Support
Artie can be a little protective of her toys initially but quickly backs off and has never escalated past that. She also recognizes when another dog is done playing. On leash, she may bark or pull when she sees other dogs, so continued training will help her polish these manners. She should continue to be crated when left alone due to her curious nature.

Transporation
Artie is currently located in San Antonio, Texas. She can be transported to an approved adopter out of state. Transports run every few weeks and she will be on the next available transport once approved.
