Help I am out of time - I am a shy, smaller girl Cheri A549626

I'm Cheri, a shy and sweet girl who is sadly running out of time. I was brought to the shelter after losing my home, and while I'm trying to be brave, it's easy to feel overlooked when I'm tucked away in the back kennels. I'm a medium-sized girl, weighing about 36 lbs, and I'm estimated to be around 2 years old. Underneath my timid exterior, I'm a dog who desperately wants to feel safe, loved, and cherished. With patience and kindness, I know I can blossom into the loving companion I'm meant to be. I came in with other dogs, but we didn't get along, so I'm hoping for a home where I can be your one and only. I dream of a calm place to finally exhale and know that I belong. I don't want my story to end in a shelter kennel; I want to know what it feels like to curl up in a soft bed, be comforted when I'm afraid, and be loved for the rest of my life. Will you give me that chance and turn my life around?

Ideal Home

I need a calm environment where I can feel safe and exhale. I would do best as the only pet in the home, as I did not get along with my former canine housemates.

Training & Support

I am a very shy girl who warms up with time and quietness. I may need some leash training. I absolutely love meatballs!
