Steeler the female Great Pyrenees puppy is a member of the NFL Litter! She was born in late November of 2025. These sweeties were leftover and not adopted from a breeding operation where they were being kept outside in the snow. Fortunately, a guardian angel discovered them and alerted the rescue, ensuring they will now be placed in forever homes that have experience with Giant Breed dogs and understand the special care, daily structure, consistency, and socialization they require. As Steeler grows, her profile will be updated to reflect new information.

Ideal Home

We are seeking homes with experience raising Giant Breed dogs.

Ongoing Health

Puppies under 12 months of age are adopted out on special spay/neuter agreements with a $50 refundable deposit. Families must agree to have the puppy altered within 2 weeks of their first birthday or when growth plates close, and send proof to the rescue.

Training & Support

New families should be prepared for a significant financial and time commitment. Crate and potty training are essential. Puppies can only be left in a crate for a maximum of 4 hours and require frequent potty breaks when home. Regular exercise and mentally stimulating chew toys are important. Socialization during the first six months is critical for their development. Obedience training is also required to ensure your puppy grows into a well-behaved gentle giant.
