Rumi

Rumi is a lovely 4-year-old female mixed breed who weighs 50 pounds. She came to us as a stray and is ready to find her forever home. Rumi is a friendly girl who is good with other dogs and children under 8.

Ideal Home

Rumi would thrive in a home where she can get plenty of attention and exercise. She is good with other dogs and children under 8, but we always recommend a meet and greet to ensure everyone gets along.

Ongoing Health

Rumi is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Training & Support

While Rumi is a stray and we can't be certain of her house-training status, she has shown good kennel behavior. Continued positive reinforcement and patience will help her adjust and succeed in her new home.

• Adoption Fee: $85 (includes UTD vaccines, microchip, deworming, flea/tick prevention, and spay/neuter. Heartworm test for dogs over 6 months.)

Rumi is located at the Leitchfield Animal Shelter, 213 William Thomason Byway, Leitchfield, KY 42754. We are open Monday-Friday 10 am-4 pm CDT and Saturday 10 am-12 pm CDT.
